What if They Don’t Have a B-Team? Can we learn from the careers of Bill Gates and Cindy McCain?

By now most people know about Bill Gates’s association with Jeffery Epstein. Few, however, have heard Cindy McCain’s reply when she was asked about Epstein. While speaking at the State of the World 2020 conference at Florida International University in Miami, she said “we all knew about him, we all knew what he was doing”.[i] [ii]

After Melinda and the Gates’s children humiliated Bill, by ceremoniously meeting at a $132,000 per night, rented private island in Grenada, to discuss what to do about Bill’s behavior. He then began a leave of absence from his role as the front man for “New Normal”. He has made a few appearances since then, trying to put his misdeeds behind him as just episodes of bad judgement. These are apparent attempts to resume the role of a Pied Piper for New Normal.[iii] [iv] [v]

We have known since at least 2006 that internet search statistics are used in predictive analysis. We also know that private messages are analyzed for marketing, and that The Department of Defense has paid FaceBook, to experiment, by altering users’ newsfeeds, then trying to detect changes in the users’ moods. It is reasonable to assume that whenever Bill Gates reappears, to reintroduce himself as the expert, who is qualified to point in the direction that humanity must go, that the impression his reappearance has made on the public is analyzed. It is also reasonable to assume that the public’s reactions guide the content and timing of his future appearances.[vi] [vii]

The Gates’ divorce was probably engineered using just such data analysis. Bill Gates had been presented as the visionary philanthropist, who was smart enough to point us in the direction of some inevitable virtuous future. His credibility was weak though, in that his associations with Epstein were known and his philanthropy was suspect. The analysis of his performance as front man for New Normal probably revealed that his influence damaged the cause, by causing the community of suspicious detractors to grow. With every appearance, his critics are induced to share information, and to recruit more people to reject the legitimacy of those with authority.

With Gates reappearances he is reintroduced as front man for New Normal. These appearances may have been used to gauge our reactions, or as a vent, to absorb some of our limited time and attention.

When Cindy McCain was asked about Epstein at the State of the World 2020 conference her reply was, disguised as contempt for Epstein, but it was effectively a confession. After wishing for him to suffer, Cindy said “we all knew what he was doing”. It falls to us to try to discern who should be included in “we all”. Cindy has recently been approved, to be U.S. representative to the United Nations agencies for food and agriculture.[viii]

Why are Gates, McCain, and so many other narrative actors constantly recycled through the years? Is it possible that the adequately corrupt, well-schooled, and reasonably intelligent people, who can be trusted not to spoil the narrative, are in limited supply. It may take years to cultivate such people.

Except that this one shows, personal social and business connections, between the most influential people, shown on the public stage. Will Cindy McCain’s hub be connected to Jeffery Epstein? Since she herself admitted that “everyone knew” then he must be there, as are those who she refers to as everyone. “In 1979, now-first lady Jill Biden introduced John McCain to then-Cindy Lou Hensley.” The circle seems small and convoluted. [ix] [x]

Bill Gates is also connected to Epstein, as are Bill Clinton and Prince Andrew. Gates’s former science officer, Boris Nikolic was named as successor executor of Epstein’s estate.[xi] [xii]

These connections and more, and the other maps that would be generated when the spokes of these maps are used as hubs in layers of connectivity maps, will display a tangled, tightly knit group of actors who are the visible edge of controlling interest.

The fact that so many actors are constantly recycled to facilitate this show betrays a weakness. This weakness is that the “beast machine” has a limited supply of spare parts. This apparent weakness may tempt us to target individuals to discredit, and to take them down one at a time. If we think that this machine can be taken down one piece at a time we are mistaken. We will be led to waste time and energy.

Players are brought on stage and removed frequently, but the show goes on. Even though Kenneth Starr was cast, by some media, to stand for virtue during Bill Clinton’s impeachment trial, more recently he appeared as one of Jeffery Epstein’s legal defense team. Even during the impeachment trial, his performance, in concert with mass media, served to divert the public’s attention away from the crimes Clinton had been charged with and guided their focus of attention toward the Monica Lewinski scandal.[xiii] [xiv]

In 2011 Donald Trump suddenly emerged as an apparent serious presidential candidate. His only stated purpose at that time was a demand to see Barack Obama’s birth certificate. Few of us were well enough informed to know that no fewer than ten state legislatures were proposing the enactment of requirements that presidential candidates give proof of eligibility, in order to gain ballot access in their state. No matter what Trump said as a candidate in 2011, and no matter what impressions news media gave the public about the virtue or folly of his campaign, the effect was something different. Obama’s reelection team was facing the embarrassment, of having to submit to the states demands for proof of eligibility. Submitting to state demands after Press Secretary Gibbs had spent so much time and effort, and wasted so many news cycles defending Obama’s petulant refusal to offer this proof, would have made reelection more difficult. No matter what was said Trump’s birther campaign, served, to defuse the embarrassing situation, faced by Obama’s reelection team. Lt. Col. Terry Lakin was dishonorably discharged and imprisoned for making the same reasonable demands. He was never pardoned by president Trump. Should we trust the sincerity of the stated purpose of Donald Trump’s 2012 presidential ambition? It seems that the narrative makers did not want to remind the public of this incident during Trump’s tenure. The stated purposes, the actions, and the results of our leaders performances are three different things, but few of us ever look beyond our own, or our enemies’ emotional reactions.[xv] [xvi] [xvii]

Attacking individual actors on stage is a rigged game of whack-a-mole. We should not waste our Chuck E. Cheese tokens on this frustrating entertainment when we could just unplug the machine. Narrative players are withdrawn to reemerge later while the narrative shifts and mutates. The satisfaction of occasionally hammering one of these actors is of little value. By monitoring media, social media, and our “private” electronic communications, management perceives and analyzes our thoughts and sentiments. The narrative shifts promptly, sometimes even before we are moved to action. We are rendered ineffective while our attentions constantly shift from one unresolved episode to the next. Our view of the world is fragmented by thinking only of the current crisis or outrage. We never form a clear consistent vision for the future, a vision without the burden of the constant battle, and turmoil, over transient matters.

If we ever hope to upset the system, in a meaningful way, one that allows us to gain some control of our own destiny, we must always have our overlaid connectivity charts handy. This way we are better able to craft our own thoughts and actions toward appropriate, constructive ends. We can inform neighbors and friends of the corrupt nature of this beast and focus attention on the whole corrupt system. By this we will recruit stable effective allies.

Examination of Donald Trump’s mentor Roy Cohn’s carrier, demonstrates that this small and convoluted overlay of connections spirals back into history. This tangled ball is a subset of humanity. They have removed themselves from society. It is a cell mass that feeds upon the body of mankind without contributing anything of value in return. They are a cancer that must be removed if we are going to save ourselves.[xviii]

The past and the present are both alike, in that they are unchangeable. Our thoughts and actions must be guided by the hope and need for a future free from this cancerous beast.
